Booting a laptop
Booting a laptop computer is very easy. follow this one step procedure to boot up your laptop
- Press and hold the power button for 5 second
After 5 seconds, the power indicator should be lit showing you that your system is working. if the power indicator fails to lit, it is a direct sign that your laptop is not ready to boot.
Plug your system to a power supply and see if it boots, if it doesn't, you might neeed the help of a professional.
Booting a Desktop
The first thing to do when booting a desktop computer is its wire connection. if you desktop computer is not connected, follow these procedures to set things up :
- connect one end of the monitor cable to the CPU and the other end to the monitor. Monitor cables include HDMI, USB-C, VGA etc
- Connect the keyboard to any suitable Port in the CPU
- Connect the mouse to the back of the CPU
- You can also connect your mouse to the keyboard
- Connect you audio cable to the green audio port at the back or front of the CPU
- Connect one end of the power cable to the back of the CPU and the other end to a power supply
- Connect the monitor power cable to back of the monitor and the other end ti a power supply

CONNECT THE POWER SUPPLY CABLES
YOUR DESKTOP CONNECTION IS COMPLETE
Turn on the CPU and the monitor by pressing their power button.

Press windows + L to lock the screen of your computer. Avoid using the power button as this may crash your system.
